The best way to contact us is using the chat function.
On mobile, select the gear-icon (⚙️) in the top right corner and click Contact us. A chat window will pop up which will bring you in contact directly with us!
On desktop, use the chat bubble in the bottom right corner or use the 'contact us' button in settings.
