How can I access EEVEE via the web platform?

Understand the requirements to use the web version for EEVEE Mobility

EEVEE Mobility offers a mobile app and a web platform. The functionalities that are available for you will differ depending on your account type:

As fleet driver

Fleet drivers can use both the mobile app and the web platform, once you have received an invite to the fleet. Please not the web platform is not yet available for all customers, and offers a more limited experience compared to the mobile app. You will be able to complete your profile, connect your vehicle and view your history.

As fleet Manager

Fleet managers can use the web platform to understand, handle and reduce their fleet charging costs. You have either created your account during setup, or were invited by someone else.

Do you need access? Then you might still need to be invited by an existing administrator. Check with your company to get the required access.

As free/PRO app user

The web platform is only available for EEVEE Business customers. If you want to use the legacy PRO offering, you should use the mobile app. There your can add your vehicle, configure reports and follow up on your usage.

Good to know: If you have an existing PRO account via the mobile app and then try logging in via the web platform, you will create a fleet. This will be shown during the onboarding steps. Once done, your account will be converted to a fleet account and you will no longer see certain pages such as the 'reports' tab. Contact us via the chat if you would like to revert to the PRO offering.
