Who has access to the data of my car?
Who has access to the data of my car?

Via a secure connection via the EEVEE-app you, as a driver / owner of the vehicle, can give EEVEE Mobility permission to retrieve data from your Plug-in hybrid/Electric Vehicle and process it to give you insights in your (home) charging costs, driving session and much more.

The token we receive from the car manufacturer when you log in using your credentials is used gives us permission to access and process this data from the OEM of your car.

OEM

Your car manufacturer is always able to access the data of the car. Certainly when the OEM offers an app to control your car, it will need to access the data but will also show you the status and you can even control the car via the app.

Dealership

By default the dealership will not have any access to the data of the car as they are not an OEM and have no secure connection. Data is also not shared to them from EEVEE Mobility.

EEVEE Mobility

From the moment you link your car to EEVEE Mobility we can access the data the OEM provides. We only store data and process it, but EEVEE Mobility does not offer features to control the car.
