What happens when I change the password of the account of my car?

When you change the email address and/or password of your login credentials of your vehicle. the token we have will expire. This means:

  • The connection with EEVEE Mobility and your car is dropped.

    • No new data can be retrieved while disconnected.

  • You will have to log in again in the EEVEE Mobility app with your updated account credentials.

    • No data is lost when reconnecting your vehicle, so you do not need to worry about any data loss during this process.

The app should send a push notification when the token has expired to urge you to reconnect to your car.
