'EEVEE Mobility for Cars' installed in your vehicle.

In order to link your Polestar you'll need to log in using your Polestar ID with a car linked to it.
Companion app (Android Automotive)
You will need to install 'EEVEE Mobility for Cars', which can be found in the Android Automotive Play Store. This app will retrieve all data from the vehicle and send it to the EEVEE Mobility-app.
Step-by-step and Token Management
Start the onboarding flow in the EEVEE Mobility app on your smartphone.
Enter the email address registered to Polestar.
Enter the password registered to your email address.
Open the 'EEVEE Mobility for Cars'-app in your Polestar.
Some permission popups will be displayed, please accept all of them so all data can be retrieved
Tap the car-icon in the right top corner
You will be asked to enter a token.
This token is sent after connecting your vehicle via the EEVEE Mobility app on your smartphone
The connection should be successful and data will be shown after approximately 10 minutes or less in the EEVEE Mobility-app (smartphone).

Tokens are used to securely pair your Polestar vehicle with the EEVEE app. Activities such as generating a new token and entering it in the vehicle are crucial for maintaining the connection between your vehicle and the app.
Generating a New Token for Polestar:
To generate a new token for your Polestar via the EEVEE Mobility app, follow these steps:
Open the EEVEE app and navigate to Settings.
Tap on the currently connected car.
Select Add new car.
Choose Polestar and enter your Polestar credentials.
Once the process is successful, you will receive a new token via email.
Use this token to re-establish your connection by entering it into your vehicle's interface.
Reconnecting Using the New Token:
Once you have your new token, you can reconnect it to your Polestar using these steps:
Open the EEVEE app and locate the car icon in the upper area of the interface.
Select Vehicle, then navigate to Unlink.
Enter the new token into the corresponding field.
Confirm the token to complete reconnection.
Known issues
Error message: "No cars found under this account' is shown:
This means you (probably) do not have full ownership of the vehicle. Please check this by logging in to the Polestar online portal (www.polestar.com). If there is no vehicle shown, this means you will need to still connect it to your account. You may need to contact Polestar Support for this.
