How to fix Ford connection issue: 'car is owned by another fleet' ?

In some cases, users experience issues when connecting their Ford/Mustang vehicle. They are shown an error: "This car is owned by another Ford fleet."

This happens when the vehicle was already connected before by another party (e.g. the fleet/company, the lease firm, etctera).

To resolve this, access should be give to EEVEE Mobility via the Ford Platform. Please contact your fleet manager to resolve this issue.
