In Eitje, you can easily upload videos to an article. Team members can view this both through the web version and the app. For this to work, it is necessary that you upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo first.
At the top click on the 'Knowledge' > Handbook.
Open the article to which you want to add a video.
Click on the text field in the article editor
Click on the + in the top left corner.
Select 'Embed'.
In this field, paste the embed/html code or the URL of the video. Read here how to find it. You can add a caption if you want to.
Click on 'Insert'.
⚠️ Note: There is a known issue with the URLs of YouTube Shorts. If you copy the link from a YouTube Shorts video, make sure that 'watch' appears in the URL instead of 'shorts', otherwise, it will not work.
