The Elemeno Resource Network

Guide to using Elemeno Resource Network, including how to access, navigate, preview, and pin content.

Updated over 6 months ago

Introduction

The Elemeno Resource Network is a crowd-sourced database containing thousands of shareable resources and forms. This content is created by and for Elemeno clients like you.

You can search and browse the latest content published on our platform:

  • to use as inspiration for new content or

  • to copy and personalize for use in your customized Elemeno library.

Like all Elemeno content, resources and forms repurposed from the Resource Network require your review and approval before publishing.

Accessing the Resource Network

  1. Go to Site Manager's Tools, which can be accessed via the link in the Profile drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Home page.

A screenshot showing the profile menu, which when expanded, is a drop-down menu that has an affordance for the selection of the Site Manager's Tools.
  2. Click "Resource Network" in the left-hand navigation.

If your search query does not return any results, you will be presented with a form that you can use to inform our Content Design team that you are interested in a specific topic. Because of their extensive knowledge of our database, they may be able to locate what you need.

The Preview Pane

The Resource Network is built to help you quickly scan through content. When you click on a resource or form title, the content will open in a preview pane. You can close this pane and return to the previous list view by clicking on the close button in the corner.

Resource Guide Preview Pane

A Resource Guide is a collection of resources, forms and external links, created by curating and organizing existing content in a purposeful, goal-oriented way.

We've created a special preview display in the Resource Network to help you quickly scan the contents of resource guides. Use the Table of Contents on the left-hand side of the pane to click through the contents of the Resource Guide.

Pinning Resources

Creating Pinned Resources

You can Pin resources to create a list of resources for further consideration for your Elemeno library.

Note:

Pinning a resource is not the same as submitting a Production Request. When you Pin a Resource, your Solution Design team will be informed and follow up with you to discuss how the pinned resource fits into the content strategy for your library.

  1. Click Pin Resource in the header of the resource preview.
