Open the competition’s registration link (shared by the organiser).

Fill in the application: name, date of birth, country, club, the apparatus(es) you will compete on, team membership if applicable - plus optional federation/club number and a photo.

Submit. Your application shows as pending until the organiser approves it (some competitions approve automatically).

Open applications in the event’s registration settings ("Are applications open").

Optionally enable auto-accept so applications are approved without manual review.

Review pending applications: you can edit any detail, then approve or decline.

On approval, the gymnast is added to the competition with all their selected apparatus automatically - no manual setup needed.
