Deleting a competition
Only the competition owner (the account that created it) can delete a competition - admins cannot. Deleting is permanent: the competition, its results, videos and registrations disappear from the apps for everyone, and this cannot be undone. Deletion works even if scores and videos already exist, so double-check before confirming. To delete a competition, owner should open app.elevien.com - Settings tab - Click „Delete competition“ button - Follow the instructions.
Making a copy
Use Copy competition to set up a similar competition without starting from scratch. The copy is created as "COPY OF [competition name]" and is set to Private.
Copied: events, categories, apparatus setup and scoring configuration.
Not copied: gymnasts, applications and the schedule - you import or register participants fresh.
Renaming
The competition name can be changed in the competition settings at any time without affecting results or participants. To rename a competition, go to the Settings tab.
Created one by mistake?
If you are the owner, delete it as described above. If someone else created it, ask that person (the owner) to delete it.
