The eMenu POS app sends each order straight to your printer. This guide shows you how to connect a printer to your Android phone or tablet by Bluetooth, and how to add it in the app.
Time needed: about 5 minutes.
Who does this: you or anyone at the venue with the eMenu login.
The Stripe S700 does not have Bluetooth. On the S700, use a USB hub or WiFi instead.

How it works
Guests order through your QR menu or the till. The order goes to eMenu over your internet connection, reaches your device on your venue WiFi, and the app sends it to your printer.

With Bluetooth, the printer pairs straight to your Android phone or tablet. Range is short and the connection can drop, so we do not recommend it. Use it only if a USB hub or WiFi is not possible.

Common problems and how to fix them
I cannot see Bluetooth in the app
You are probably on a Stripe S700, which does not have Bluetooth. Use a USB hub or WiFi instead.
My printer does not appear in the wizard
Check the printer is switched on and in pairing mode, and that Bluetooth is on. Move the printer closer to your device and try again.
My printer keeps dropping out
Move the printer closer to your device. If it keeps happening, switch to a USB hub or WiFi.
My printer stopped working after I paired another device
Some printers only pair with 1 device at a time. Remove the printer from the other device and pair it again with your eMenu device.
Other ways to connect
If this connection does not suit your venue, see:
