EmergePay allows you to receive payments from customers straight to your Emerge account.

Click the Emerge icon in the top right corner of your screen to get started.

You have the option to either set the amount or let the customer choose the amount.

To set the amount yourself, click the ‘new payment’ icon. You can then enter the desired amount and a QR code will pop up. When scanned, the customer will be directed to a secure portal to complete the payment.

If you want the customer to choose the amount, click the ‘open QR’ icon. This will create a QR code that when scanned, allows the customer to enter the desired amount and complete the payment.

To personalise transaction details, click the 'settings' icon. From here you’re able to edit the transaction title, as well as determine whether you or the customer pays the 1.5% processing fee.
