It's a quick and easy process. Simply treat your Emerge account like any other bank account by transferring money from one bank into your Emerge account.

From your home screen, tap "Add Money". Choose 'Bank Deposit' and then select which account you want to transfer into. You can copy the account details by tapping the copy icon:

Once you've copied the account number, go to your online banking platform and transfer money into your Emerge account as you would any other bank!

​💡We'll send you a notification once the money has landed in your Emerge account so you don't have to keep checking obsessively.

At the moment we don’t have a way to deposit physical cash directly into your Emerge account. This includes depositing cash using an ATM, or at a convenience store.

For now - we recommend using another bank or app to deposit cash (e.g. Wise or ANZ), and then transferring that money to Emerge.
