We want you to choose your own path when it comes to how we interact with you! We get everyone is different and every business has different preferences. That's why we offer two onboarding experiences tailored to you:

1. Self-Guided: I'm Happy to Find My Own Way

We've got handy help articles and our team is there for you through in-app chat whenever you need but we'll leave you in peace if that's your preference.

2. Guided: I'd Like Some Help Getting Set Up and Beyond

Prefer a more hands-on approach? Our guided onboarding option pairs you with a dedicated Emerge specialist who will walk you through the platform over the course of two-weeks. We'll answer your questions to ensure you're getting the most out of Emerge.

What to Expect:

  • Welcome Call: One of us will give you a quick call to introduce ourselves and discuss your business needs.

  • Quick Walkthrough: We'll guide you through Emerge's features, demonstrating how to use them, and answer any questions you might have.

  • Ongoing Support: Over the two-weeks, your specialist will be available to answer any questions that arise as you use Emerge during your onboarding period.

Undecided? No Worries:

Not sure which option is right for you? No problem! You can always start with the self-guided option and switch to guided onboarding later if you change your mind. Just send us a message in-app and we'll get back to you to jump on a call!
