Log in to your "Administrator" account

If you don't have access to your Administrator account yet

  • You'll need to activate your account using the email you were sent. The email is from support@empego.ca

    • If you can't find it, check your spam folder.

    • If you still can't find it, send an email to support@empego.ca

  • After clicking "Activate your account" in the email you received, follow the instructions to create your password.

  • To log in, use the email address associated with your account as your username (the address to which you received the link to create your password).

Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select "Manage my franchise."

✅ Assistants/Technicians, Pharmacists and nurses do not have access to this section, so it is important to log in to your administrator account.

Click on "User Management," then create your "Technician", "Pharmacist" and "Nurse" accounts.

✅This section allows you to create or delete Assistants/Technicians', Pharmacists' and nurses' accounts and change their passwords.

Please note that Assistants/Technicians, Pharmacists and nurses need help changing their passwords. They can only make these changes from the "User Management" section.

🚨Only Pharmacist and Nurse accounts can access the Consultation Module "Dashboard" and the Follow-up Module "Dashboard."
