Brand Subscriptions FAQ
How are my usage allocations set?
Your campaign and usage allocations are determined based on the terms of your selected subscription. These allocations ensure your activities remain within the scope of your subscription and align with your agreed usage.
To find out more about how your Usage is displayed please visit: Understanding Your Usage Dashboard
To find out more about allocation entitlements for brand for multi-brand companies please visit: Understanding Company Settings: Subscriptions and Brand Allocations
What happens when I reach the total sales allocations for my subscription?
A campaign will automatically pause once the brand reaches the set allocations in their subscription.
Sales Campaigns:
Once your subscription reaches its total sales allocations, or Active Store allocation your campaign will automatically stop.
You can choose to:
Upgrade your subscription to increase the sales allocations by contacting Sales, or continue with our Pay-As-You-Go Pricing.
Wait until the next billing cycle, when the allocations resets automatically.
📊 Note: All campaign data remains accessible even after the campaign stops.
What are the types of subscriptions available?
Annual Subscription
Brands pay upfront for a set period (e.g., monthly or annually).
Campaign benefits stay active until the billing cycle ends.
No additional fees apply beyond the prepaid amount.
Pay-As-You-Go
Brands are billed based on usage at the end of the billing period.
Campaigns stop immediately if the subscription is cancelled.
Charges apply only up to the cancellation date.
You can read more about Pay-As-You-Go here.
Visibility in the App
When a campaign is paused:
It is temporarily removed from the app, meaning users will no longer see or access it.
Once the subscription is upgraded and the campaign is reactivated, it will automatically become visible again to users.
Can I add or remove stores after launching a sales incentive campaign?
Yes. We’ve upgraded our system to give you more control. Unlike the old model where store lists were locked at launch, you can now manage store access directly within an active campaign.
Old Way: Groups and campaigns were permanently linked (no post-launch changes).
New Way: Campaigns take a "Snapshot" of your group at launch, which you can then edit individually at any time.
💡 Read more about how to do that here
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, all data associated with that specific subscription, including campaigns, missions, and related content, will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
After the billing cycle ends:
The data tied to that subscription will be permanently deleted (with no backup available).
Data linked to other active subscriptions will not be affected.
OR
Subscriptions:
Stay active until the end of the billing period.
No refunds or partial credits are issued.
Pay-As-You-Go Subscriptions:
Campaigns are paused immediately.
Charges apply based on usage until the moment of cancellation.
What are “Active Stores”?
Active stores are locations that have at least one user who submitted any activity (for any brand) in the past 90 days.
These stores count toward usage allocations when subscription restrictions are based on stores.
What are “Claimed Stores”?
Claimed stores are locations that a brand activates by running a campaign - essentially moving them from inactive to active.
Once a store is claimed, these stores don’t count toward subscription allocations for a period of one year, giving the store remain active within that year.
Note - If the store become inactive, the store will go back as unclaimed
When are stores counted toward subscription charges?
Active Stores: Count immediately if they meet the 90-day activity rule.
Claimed Stores: Exempt from charges for one year after activation.
What happens after the claimed store’s acquisition period ends? After the one-year acquisition period, the store will begin counting toward subscription usage and allocations if it remains active.
Can a brand be on different subscription states for different products?
Yes. Subscription states are entirely independent per product. A single brand can simultaneously be on an Annual Subscription for Sales Incentives, Pay-As-You-Go for Education, Trial for Retail Insights, and No Usage for CCB.
Billing, allocations, overage rules, and free-tier allocations are all managed separately per product.
