Understanding Your Usage Dashboard

Keep a pulse on every credit, allocation, and transaction all from one place. Learn how to read your Usage tab, buy more allocations, and set monthly spending caps.

The Usage tab in Brand Settings gives you a real-time view of how your credits are being consumed across all products, lets you buy more allocations when you need it, and helps you stay in control of your Pay-As-You-Go spending.

How to Access Your Usage Dashboard

Step 1 - In the left-hand navigation, click Brand Settings under Account Management

Step 2 - Click the Usage tab at the top of the Brand Settings page.

You'll see a card for each product your brand uses: Sales Incentives, Digital Education, Retail Operations, and Consumer Cashback. Each card shows how many credits have been used, how many remain, and which pool sources they're drawing from.


Reading Your Usage Cards

Each product card breaks down your credit consumption by source. The pool sources you may see include:

  • Free Starter Credits - permanent, non-renewable credits included with your account

  • Bonus Credits - temporary credits applied by ENDVR (note the expiry date when shown)

  • Annual Subscription - credits allocated under your contracted plan, which renew on a set date

  • Pay-As-You-Go - usage billed at the end of the month, with no cap unless a spending limit is set (shown as ∞)


Viewing Detailed Activity for a Product

Step 1 - From the Usage tab, click See Activities on the product card you want to review.

Step 2 - Use the Source and Period filters to narrow the activity log to the date range or credit type you need.

The activity log shows each transaction with the date, source pool it was drawn from, a description of the action, and the value change (positive for credits added, negative for credits consumed).


Setting a Monthly Spending Limit (Pay-As-You-Go)

If your product is running on Pay-As-You-Go, you can set a monthly budget cap to prevent unexpected spend. Campaigns will automatically pause once the limit is reached.

Step 1 - On the product card, click the menu and select Set Spending Limit.

Step 2 - In the Edit Your Monthly Budget Limit modal, enter your desired monthly cap in the Monthly limit field. The modal shows you exactly how far your budget goes, for example, a $400 limit covers up to $10,000 in total sales for Sales Incentives, 100 stores reached for Digital Education, or 800 consumer sign-ups for Consumer Cashback.

Step 3 - Click Confirm.

Step 4 - You'll see a Spending limit set successfully confirmation. Your campaigns will now pause automatically once the monthly limit is reached.

💡 Pro Tip: You can update your spending limit at any time by returning to the menu on the product card. There's no need to pause your campaigns first.
