Has office personnel changed at your company? This is all you need to know to train/learn Enrollsy for your new Admin.

Remove & Add Admin Users

Either an existing Admin (i.e., director or owner of your company) OR an Enrollsy representative can add the new office staff as an Admin User.

Any personnel no longer employed should be deleted. The following screenshot shows how to add and edit/delete Users. Here's a support article for more detailed instructions.

Our usual reply time is within a few minutes to a few hours during office hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m. MST), so feel free to use this anytime you have questions that can't be answered by support articles. For after-office hour chats, we will reply the next business day.
