Many pages in Enrollsy support auto-saving. However, there are a few pages where changes you make need to be deliberately saved, specifically on these pages:

Each of the above are described in more detail below.

Customer Billing Page

On the Customer's Billing page, any internal notes or changes made to a customer's payment method will need to be saved. The "Save" button is located at the top of the page under "Auto-Pay Settings."

Customer Account Page

On a customer's Account page, any information that is changed will have to be saved. The "Save" button is found at the top right.

There is also a "Save" button at the bottom of the page on the right.

Enrollee Page

In the same way, any information changed on an Enrollee's page will have to be saved. The "Save" button can be found at the top right.

Another "Save" button is also at the bottom of the page on the right.

My Company Page

No matter where you are on the My Company page, you will need to click "Save Settings" at the bottom to save any changes made.

Programs Page/Program settings

On the Programs page in the Program settings (click on the pencil icon of a Program), you will need to save any changes made by selecting "Save" at the bottom.

Admin & Instructors Pages

On both the Admin users page and the Instructor page, in the settings, any edits will need to be saved.

Items Page

On the Items page, under either "Charge Item," or "Discount Item," you will need to click "Save" after editing an item.

Document Page

On the Forms > Documents page, when editing a Required Document, click "save." You'll also need to save any E-signature template when editing it (under the Design tab).

Enroll Form Builder Page (messages only)

A tricky place for saving is on the Enroll Form page (builder) when adding or editing the messages under each section header. You will need to click the green checkmark to save the message. Once clicked, a successfully saved message will pop up and a green checkmark will turn disappear.

NOTE: Enroll Form messages can have no more than 10,000 characters. These messages have no formatting availability. They are shown on the Enroll Form as red text beside an information icon.

Submissions/Leads Page

Enrollsy captures "Leads" from anyone who enters at least one piece of contact information on your Enroll Form but does not complete the enrollment process. New Leads are displayed on the Submissions page.

When editing a Lead, select the "save" button to save the changes made.

Membership Page

Membership is an unlockable feature. Once unlocked, there is a dedicated Membership page. Membership details have to be saved.
