Get to the Basics with the Ad Manager

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

  1. Login and click the "Inventory" tab

  2. Select the "Advertisers" tab on the left

    1. Add new advertiser

    2. Fill out the fields for the advertiser

      1. Tip - DO NOT select the Miscellaneous options if you want the banner to appear in more than one spot.

    3. Click the "Save Changes" button
      ​

  3. Select the "Campaigns" tab on the left

    1. Make sure you are on the proper Advertiser. If you are not, select a correct Advertiser from the top drop-down field.

    2. Click the "Add new campaign" link

    3. Select Remnant

    4. Leave all other options at the defaults

    5. Click the "Save Changes" button
      ​

  4. Select the "Banners" tab on the left

    1. Make sure you are on the proper Advertiser and Campaign. If you are not, select the correct Advertiser/Campaign from the top drop-down field.

    2. Click the "Add new banner" link

    3. Type in the name for the banner and upload your image

    4. Fill out any other fields you wish to add info for

      1. Tip - Leave the weight at 1, add a Destination URL, and leave the "Target" field empty.

      2. The URL will, by default, open to a new browser tab if the banner is clicked on.

    5. Click the "Save Changes" button
      ​

  5. Click on the name of your banner you added

  6. Select "Delivery Options" (OPTIONAL)

    1. Add in at least one Delivery Rule for the banner. The Delivery Rules will allow you to adjust on how, when and where the banner will display on your website.

    2. Fill out the information for the rule

    3. Click the "Save Changes" button
      ​

  7. Select "Linked Zones"

    1. This is the FINAL STEP to delivering a banner. Check the box next to the zone you wish to have your banner linked to.

    2. Click the "Save Changes" button.
      ​

Note: The system will only present to you the Zones in which your banner will fit. If you do not see the zone you want, perhaps your banner is not the proper size and you will need to re-size it. You can click here for more details.

IMPORTANT: The Ad Manager delivers ads every 5-10 minutes. If you do not see your changes right away, please be patient.
