Note: you must be a Facility Manager. Supervisors do not have permission to enable InstaSHYFTs.
You can enable InstaSHYFTs in the Facility Manager Web. You can’t enable InstaSHYFTs in the Facility Manager mobile app. To learn how to enable InstaSHYFTS, please read 'How do I enable InstaSHYFTs at my facility?'
In the Overtime tab, you can also enable or disable overtime for InstaSHYFTs. Enabling this will allow a nurse to be instantly confirmed even if the nurse is in overtime.
Please note: InstaSHYFTs are by default disabled for overtime applicants.
To activate overtime for InstaSHYFTS follow these steps:
Starting in the ‘SETTINGS’ section, navigate over to the ‘OVERTIME’ tab.
Here you can enable or disable overtime for regular shifts and InstaSHYFTs
It is important to remember that when overtime is enabled for InstaSHYFTs, nurses will be automatically booked, and they will receive overtime pay if they work over 40 hours in a week.
Once you select your overtime preferences click ‘save updates’ to save your updates.
