You can enable instaSHYFTs if you are a Facility Manager at your facility by going to the Settings area of the Facility Manager web application, then going to the InstaSHYFTs tab, or you can click here: https://webapp.eshyft.com/manager/settings/instashyfts
You can't enable instaSHYFT on the Facility Manager mobile application.
To enable, follow these directions:
In the 'SETTINGS' tab, you will find a section labeled 'InstaSHYFTs,' click it.
If you want to enable instaSHYFTs, you can select the "yes, enable InstaSHYFTs" option.
Now that you have changed the InstaSHYFT setting, please click 'SAVE UPDATES.'
A pop-up will appear, asking 'Are you sure?,' select 'CONFIRM.'
As a reminder, applicants to InstaSHYFTs do not need to be confirmed by your team. A nurse applying to an InstaSHYFT is automatically booked/confirmed.
InstaSHYFTs are now enabled for your facility! You can now create InstaSHYFTs! To learn how to create InstaSHYFTs, please read, 'How to create InstaSHYFTs.'
