Starting a new conversation with Threads
Click Threads on the sidebar.
To see existing brand and project-specific threads:
Click the Filter icon next to the Search bar.
In the Threads filters popup window, select a Brand.
Select a Project to filter further by brand and project.
Click 'X' to clear your selection.
Click the Filter icon or anywhere outside the popup window to close.
To choose an AI model for this thread, click the LLM selector at the top right and select your preferred model. You can change AI models at any point during your conversation.
OpenAI's o1-mini and o1-preview specialise in advanced reasoning in STEM, coding, and strategy. O1-preview excels in complex tasks, while o1-mini offers faster solutions where the necessary context is provided within the prompt. Both models lack broad world knowledge and advanced features like memory or web browsing, focusing instead on problem-solving within provided contexts.
Click the New Thread icon next to the Search bar. Alternatively, do step 5 for Euryka to automatically create a new thread.
To link this thread with a brand, slide the toggle to the right, click Select brand, and choose your brand from the list.
To link this thread with a project, click Select project, and choose the project.
To get a response tailored to a specific job role, click Assistant and choose the role. For a response from a character you've created, click the character's name under Personas.
Assistants cover various specialist roles. Choosing one tailors Euryka's responses to that role, considering brand and project details.
For example, asking "Generate an email marketing campaign for my brand" would yield different results based on the Assistant chosen. A 'Copywriter' Assistant might offer email options with headlines and copy suggestions, while a 'Data Analyst' Assistant could provide email schedules, strategies, and performance tracking tips.
Selecting a Persona creates responses matching that persona's profile, writing style, and Do's and Don'ts.
Note: You can ignore Brand, Project, and Assistant/Persona selections for general queries.
To use a document in your conversation, click the Attachment icon at the top-right of the input field, and select your file. Currently, this works with PDFs (more formats coming soon).
This feature is helpful for understanding long or complex documents quickly. The AI can summarise or analyse the whole document or specific parts based on your request. For example, ask to "summarise the attached document" or "analyse section 2.1 in a table". The AI processes your request and responds in seconds.
Type your prompt in the input field.
Our AI is designed to respond to nearly anything you ask, whether you task is writing, design, ideation, planning, analysis or research.
Threads can converse in multiple languages. For the most authentic interaction, we recommend inputting text prompts in their native language. Translated prompts can sometimes lead to inaccuracies and lose the subtleties unique to the original language, potentially affecting the clarity of your requirements.
Provide precise and contextually relevant details, including parameters or dimensions. Instead of “Create a logo,” try “Design a flat 250 x 100 pixel logo for a eco-friendly skincare brand, with a green colour scheme.”
If a task is long, break it down into steps, starting with a broad concept, and refining follow-up prompts in a single thread.
Writing text prompts is a skill you can acquire with time and learning. The more responses your prompts generate, the more you learn about refining them even as Euryka learns from your prompts and refines its responses.
Click the Send Message icon, or press Enter/Return.
If the response is long or appears at the bottom of the screen below previous responses, press the Down arrow icon to go to the bottom of the screen, or scroll down to view the full response.

Important Notice on Euryka Threads Usage:
While AI offers valuable insights and analysis, the accuracy of the information is not guaranteed. Please consider potential biases and limitations when interpreting results.
Regenerating a response
To regenerate a different response for the same prompt, click the Refresh icon on the right corner.
Regenerating is just one way of modifying or enhancing a response from Euryka if it does not fulfil the objective of the prompt.
To enhance a response for better accuracy, context or even brevity, refine your prompts until the response meets your goal. For example, to reduce the length of the response, use a prompt like ‘Make it shorter’. To enhance the output, simply use ‘Make it better.’
It’s also possible that different responses provide usable content that you can mix and match.
Remember, in addition to your text prompt, Euryka uses a variety of other input to generate a response, such as, brand information, writing style, tone of voice, and do’s and don’ts. It also becomes more effective with each response, improving through continuous learning.
Cancelling a response
When a response is being generated, you can cancel it by clicking the Stop icon which appears beside the Down arrow icon, and in place of the Refresh icon.
Copying a prompt or response
To copy a prompt or response, scroll to its bottom and hover, and then click the Copy icon that appears on the left.
Changing text size
Click the Aa icon at the top right to change text size.
Expanding the workspace
Click Collapse at the bottom of navigation links and just above the + sign on the sidebar to expand the Threads workspace by hiding the list of threads, creating a cleaner, less distracting workspace.
Click Restore (which replaces Collapse) to return to the default view.
Note:
Content generation and visibility is based on the current workspace and your roles within the Organisation and Project teams. Your personal workspace displays only the content you have generated, while Organisation workspaces show all content you have generated across projects.
Your roles in the Organisation Team take precedence over your roles in the Project Team. For instance, if you are designated as 'Owner' in the Organisation Team, you can view, edit, and archive project content, regardless of your role in Projects.
If you are removed from a project, you can view but not edit assets you have created.
While archived projects are inaccessible to you, the content remains visible in the Dashboard and modules (Threads, Imaginations, Voiceovers, etc.) where it was created.
For Beta phase users:
As we continue to refine and enhance our platform, you might encounter occasional hiccups during the Beta phase. Should you face any of the following issues - screens not displaying properly, tools delaying output generation, or processes appearing frozen - we recommend you refresh the screen, or exit and re-enter the problematic screen or task. If you are still stuck, log out and log back in.
