Please note that Eve does not currently ingest Track Changes (redlines) or Comments.
Text files: TXT and VTT
Images: JPEG and PNG
Today, Eve only supports text understanding of text-heavy images.
If Eve does not detect enough text content in the image, Eve will mark the image as unsupported.
Emails: EML (Open source email format) and MSG (Outlook email format)
Eve extracts subject, sender, recipients, date, and text body of the emails. However, attachments are not currently supported.
Individual file size limits
PDF, MS Word: 500MB or 2,000 pages
Tip: If a PDF or document is larger than 2,000 pages or more than 500MB, split up the PDF or document into two or more documents with less than 2,000 pages or less than 500MB per document.
Text: 3MB
Images: 10MB
Emails: 50MB
Individual File Upload Limitations
1000 files per individual upload (up to 5GB)
Maximum files per matter
10,000 maximum files per matter
Other limitations
Native file excel documents are not supported
Tip: Convert an excel document to a pdf to upload
Password protected documents are not supported
