If you completed a purchase using a different email address than your EVEN account, your release will not appear automatically when you log in. That is because EVEN links your library to the email address used at checkout, not necessarily the one on your current account.
Here is how to get access to what you paid for.
Step 1: Find the email you used at checkout
Search your inbox for an EVEN receipt or order confirmation. The email it was sent to is where your purchase is stored.
Step 2: Log in with that email
Log out of your current account and sign into EVEN using the email address from your receipt. Once you are in, your release will be waiting in My Library.
Step 3: Do not have an account under that email yet?
Create a new EVEN account using the email address from your receipt. Your release will connect to it automatically once the account is set up.

The email address used at checkout
The email address of the account you want to keep
We will transfer your access so everything is in one place.
You will never need to buy it again. Your payment went through and we can always find your purchase using the receipt number.
