Create and Use Map Locations

Locations help you organise your event layout and keep everything structured. By defining areas on your map, you can group equipment, allocate tasks, and filter information more easily.

Why Use Locations

Locations make it easier to organise your event and coordinate your team.

You can:

  • Organise equipment by area

  • Allocate tasks to specific locations

  • Filter information across your event

  • View all equipment for a specific area

For example, you can quickly view all equipment needed for a specific location in the Equipment Manager, or assign tasks to a location so your team knows exactly where they need to go.

This is explained in more detail in the Equipment Manager and Scheduling tutorials.
