Upload Your Floorplan
Open the map you want to add your floorplan to.
If you're using a multi-level map, first make sure the correct level is selected.
To add your floorplan:
Click the Overlays button on the bottom right
Add a new overlay
Enter a name for your overlay
Select and upload your floorplan image
Adjust the opacity if required
Align Your Floorplan
When your floorplan is added, it will appear with partial opacity so you can position it correctly.
To align it:
Adjust the opacity (e.g. around 70%) to help line it up
Resize and reposition the image manually
Use visual reference points to match the layout
Getting the scale and positioning right here is important for accurate planning.
Once aligned, set the opacity back to 100% and click Save.
You can add as many overlays to each level as you want.
Check Your Scale
To ensure your floorplan is accurate, you can use the measurement tool.
For example, if you know a room should be a certain size, you can measure it within EventLab to confirm your scaling/positioning is correct.
