If your email provider isn't listed and Event Temple is sending you error messages, the first thing you want to do is check your credentials. 9 times out of 10 the problem is your password. We've all been there, typing what we're SURE is our password, then on the 50th time suddenly remembering we changed it last week...🤦‍♂️ugh so embarrassing.

To test your credentials you could try a site like this https://pingability.com/mailtest.jsp. It's free to use and in no way affiliated with Event Temple. It merely tests your credentials, trying to authenticate. If you can pass their authentication, you'll be successful in Event Temple as well.
