Using the Booking List, you can run the filter 'Has Group'.
This will allow you to see only Bookings with or without Groups (depending on your selection).
The system bases this filter on whether a Group has been added to the Booking or not.
Hint: Don't forget to Save View if you'd like to keep this report to use again in the future!
