Answer:
For the Group Sync to work correctly and for the correct Status to be adhered to, the statuses in Event Temple must be mapped to a StayNtouch Hold Status.
For example if the lead status in Event Temple is mapped to the tentative hold status in StayNTouch then it will sync the Group to StayNTouch as tentative.
Editing status mapping can only be done by our team, so it's important that if you change StayNtouch Hold statuses at any time you let our team know.
