How to Connect Apaleo to Event Temple
Ensure you are signed into Apaleo using the same browser as Event Temple.
Connect your Account
Click Settings
Click Integrations
Click PMS
Click Link
Select Apaleo
Click Next
Click Connect to Apaleo, you will be prompted to log into Apaleo
Click Link Hotel
Select the property you would like to connect to this organization
Click Save
👋 Important!
Event Temple is in the Apaleo Marketplace but we do not recommend setting up the integration from the Marketplace as you will not be able to select which ET Organization to connect.

To activate the PMS integration feature, send a request via email or chat to Event Temple support. Once you have confirmation that the feature has been enabled you will be able to connect your Account.

Room Sync
In order to view live availability, Event Temple must first match its Room Types with the Unit Groups in Apaleo.
How to sync:
Click Settings
Click Integrations
Click PMS
Click Sync Room Types

Synced room types are easily identified by a green check mark.
Room Types are matched to a Unit Group by comparing the Code (Event Temple > Settings > Organization > Room Types) to the Unit Code (Apaleo). In Apaleo this can be found under Inventory > Unit Groups.
To avoid duplicates, it's best to first check that any room type's codes in Event Temple match to the appropriate Unit Group in Apaleo.
View Availability
Once the above setup is complete it is possible to view live availability from Apaleo in Event Temple! From Calendars > GRC click Room Type Availability.
The Availability row in the GRC table sums up availability for all your room types. To see the exact availability per room type use the Room Type Availability button to see it broken down:

Disconnecting Apaleo
Disconnecting Apaleo
Follow these steps to remove the Apaleo connection from your Organization. This can only be done by an Admin User.
Click Settings
Click Integrations
Click PMS
Click Unlink
👋 Important!
It is possible to disconnect your integration from within Apaloe (Apps > Connected Apps > Choose the three stacked dots for specified App > Disconnect App) but we strongly recommend you only disconnect from within Event Temple!
If you have multiple Organizations integrated with Apaleo, disconnecting from within Apaleo will cause all of them to be disconnected.

Only users with Chain Admin permissions can connect or disconnect Apaleo
If you Authorize Event Temple from Apaleo you will still have to go through the above connecting process in Event Temple to complete the integration.
