The performance of an employee can be analysed, and valuable insights can be gained through the use of performance reports. Everperform provides options to create four different types of performance reports. You need admin-level access to be able to create a performance report. Read more about performance reports at this link. In this article, we will look at how you can view performance reports for your direct reports. As a manager, you will be able to view the performance reports of your direct reports or any reports of any other employees shared with you.

Accessing Performance Reports

As a manager, you have the capability to view the performance reports of your direct reports and any other reports shared with you. To view these performance reports, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Accessing the Reports Section: Navigate to the 'Reports' section of the app by clicking on 'Analysis' in the left-hand panel and selecting 'Performance Reports'.

  2. Filtering and Searching Reports

Everperform offers a range of filtering and sorting options that can help streamline your search for specific reports. Here's how you can leverage these options:

  • Filtering Options: You have the option to view all available reports or filter to see only unread or already viewed reports.

  • Search Function: If you're looking for a specific report, utilise the search function by typing the name of the report or the employee's name.

  • Sorting Options: If you have numerous direct reports resulting in an extensive list of reports, you can sort the reports based on different parameters like the date of creation, employee's name, or report name.

3. Once you have found the report, click on the employee's name to open and read the report. Please note that the most recently shared reports appear at the top.

Downloading Reports: If needed, you have the option to download the reports in PDF format for offline review or sharing with others.

Performance reports provide an in-depth understanding of an employee's performance, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Leveraging the report viewing, filtering, and sorting features can significantly streamline your performance review process.
