What are pulse surveys?
Pulse surveys are regular, voluntary, identified (not anonymous) surveys that Everperform asks you to complete to measure your performance.
Pulse surveys measure your subjective performance across three dimensions:
Wellbeing
Productivity
Relationships
At Everperform, we believe that these factors all contribute to your performance at work. By measuring these factors, you can understand what drives performance for you, and collaborate with your manager to maximise your performance.
How to complete a pulse survey
You will receive an email notification when a new pulse survey is available. You can also find pulse surveys under the Pulse tab in your Everperform app:
To complete a pulse survey:
Navigate to the pulse survey via the link in your email or the the Pulse tab in your Everperform app
Complete the pulse survey within the defined time frame
You may choose to add comments, which you will be able to view in your Performance Passport and Observations page
Submit the pulse survey
Your pulse survey responses will be available in your Performance Passport after the pulse survey closes.
Who has access to your pulse survey responses
Your pulse survey responses are visible to:
Your line manager
Partners and directors
System administrators
Your responses may also be made available to other relevant individuals such as project managers, temporary supervisors, or your organisation's human resources or people advisory team.
How to make the most of pulse surveys
Pulse surveys are an excellent opportunity to reflect on your performance. They are also a great way to communicate with your manager in addition to your regular check-ins.
You may choose to discuss with your manager the trends you observe in your own performance, or some of your reflections from your pulse surveys.
