Creating custom views in the My Organisation page

Custom views are an excellent way to answer specific questions about your organisation's performance. They are views you can create and save on your own.

Examples of custom views are:

  • Comparing team performance across locations

  • Comparing performance across service lines

  • Identifying high performers who are ready for promotion

  • Identifying teams that are at risk of missing their targets

How to create a new custom view

To create a new custom view:

  1. Click on the + icon in the top menu bar

  2. Enter a name for the view (e.g., "My Own View").

  3. Select the desired time period from the date picker.

  4. Configure the users included in the view:

    1. Click the Configure button to the left of the date range

    2. Click the Users button at the top of the screen

      1. To select individuals, click the Users item and click on the individuals you wish to add

      2. To select teams, click the Teams item and click on the teams you wish to add

        • To compare all the individuals within each team, toggle on "Report on users"

        • To compare at the team level, toggle off "Report on users"

      3. To select the entire organisation, click Organisation and click your organisation's name

    3. To remove any teams or individuals from the view, click on the team or individual on the right side of the page

    4. Click Apply

  5. Configure the variables included in the view:

    1. Click the Configure button to the left of the date range

    2. Click the Columns button at the top of the screen

      1. Select the category of data you want to view, then select the columns

    3. Click Apply

You can now explore the data in your new custom view.

Update an existing custom view

If you make changes to a custom view, you can save it as a new custom view or you can update the existing custom view.

To save as a new custom view:

  1. Click the + icon located on the top menu bar

  2. Name your custom view

  3. Click save

To update an existing custom view:

  1. Click the save icon next to the + icon

This will update the custom view to match your current configuration.

Note: An asterisk next to the view name in the dropdown menu denotes any view modifications or unsaved changes.
