How Do I Change the Ticket Order on the Storefront?

You can change the display order of your tickets on your Shopify storefront by rearranging the product variants in your Shopify admin. This is useful for highlighting specific ticket types or arranging them in a more logical flow for customers.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change the order of tickets on your Shopify storefront:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin and head to the "Products" list.

  2. Use the search bar to locate the specific event for which you want to modify the ticket order.

  3. Once you've found the event product, click on it. This will redirect you to the product settings specific to that event.

  4. Scroll down to the "Variants" section and click on "Edit."


    This will prompt the settings for ticket variants associated with the event.

  5. To change the order of tickets, hover over the six dots positioned on the left side of each ticket variant.

  6. Click and drag the ticket variants into the desired sequence.

  7. Once you've rearranged the ticket order to your satisfaction, click "Save" to apply the modifications.

Note: To rename or delete a ticket variant, it's best to do this in the app's event settings page rather than directly in Shopify.
