How-to update attendee email address?

There may be cases where a customer contacts you to update the email address that will be used to send their ticket. It could be that they mistakenly input an inactive email address when they purchased the ticket, or it could be some other reason.

You can definitely update the attendee’s email address on file and resend the ticket to them! To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. From your event dashboard, click Actions > Attendees.

2. In the Attendees screen, look for the name of the attendee who wants to change their email address and click on their name.

3. In the Attendee Information section, find the "Email" field and update the email address. Don’t forget to click "Save" to update the attendee’s record.

4. Once saved, click the "Re-send ticket" button at the bottom of the attendee information page.
