Your customers may reach out asking about a ticket that’s already sold out, and if they can be notified when it is available again. Good news for you! The Evey Events app offers a Waitlist solution.
Our waitlist feature lets your customers join the waitlist and helps you communicate with them when a ticket becomes available for purchase.
Please note: Customers who join the waitlist do not automatically receive an email. This is designed to prevent feature misuse and help avoid spam.
However, the good thing is you can export your waitlist to get all the information such as the customers' email addresses, and use them to send a direct email about the availability of the tickets. To make things easier, you may also use your favorite CRM app, such as Klaviyo, for which we offer a sync feature, to send email notifications!
