The Recurring Event feature in Evey Events & Tickets allows you to schedule events across multiple days. If your event requires different time slots for each day, you can easily set that up from the calendar view.

Creating Time Slots Using the Calendar View
After setting up your recurring event:
Go to the event in your Evey dashboard.
Click on “Event settings.”
On the “Event” tab, scroll to the calendar view.
Double-click on the date you want to start your first time slot (e.g., June 1).
A settings box will appear:
Change “Don’t repeat” to “Repeat every 7 days.”
Set the start time (e.g., 12 PM) and end time (e.g., 3 PM).
Set the start date and end date (e.g., June 1 to August 31, 2025).
Choose ticket availability:
Check “All ticket types can be purchased for these events” if all tickets apply.
Uncheck to select specific ticket types.
Click “Save” to add the time slot.
Repeat steps 4–6 to add more time slots (e.g., 3 PM–6 PM and 6 PM–9 PM). Each time slot must be saved individually.
Example Setup
If your event runs weekly and you want three time slots on Sundays:
Click June 11 as the start date.
Create your first slot (e.g., 12 PM–3 PM) and set it to repeat every 7 days.
Repeat for the next two time slots.
This setup will repeat each time slot weekly through August 27.
