Setting an Expiration on a Ticket

You can set an expiration on tickets in Evey Events & Tickets (Evey) to ensure they are only valid within a certain time frame. This is useful for limited-duration events, promotions, or time-sensitive entries.


Steps to Set Ticket Expiration

  1. Open the event in Evey and click “Event Settings.”

  2. Go to the “Check-in” tab.

  3. Scroll to the Ticket Variant section, find “Entrance/check-in limit” and select “This ticket expires after a certain number of days.”

  4. Enter the number of days the ticket should remain valid.

  5. If you have multiple ticket variants, repeat the process for each one.

  6. Click “Save.”

Notes

  • The expiration countdown begins from the time the ticket is issued.

  • Each ticket variant can have its own expiration rules.
