If you want to display the number of available tickets for your event on the product page, you can easily do so using our Evey Events & Tickets app. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Go to Sales Channels > Online store > Themes > Customize.
2. On the left-hand side, click on "App Embeds" and make sure the Evey Events & Tickets app embed is turned on.
3. Next, search for any event as this change will apply to all of your Evey event products page.
4. On the left-hand side, under "Product information," click "Add block."
5. In the pop-up window, look for "Event available inventory" and click to add it.
6. In the preview window, you will see the text "x tickets remaining."
7. To customize this text, font color, and spacing, click on the "Event available inventory" block on the left-hand side.
8. To move the block upwards, hover your mouse cursor until you see a 6-dot icon and click and drag it upwards.
9. Finally, do not forget to save the changes before exiting the theme editor.
Following these steps will ensure that the number of available tickets for your event is displayed on the product page, and customers can see how many tickets are left for sale. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
NOTE: If the merchant is using a multi-ticket selector, the Event available inventory will only show a single inventory and not the inventory for each ticket available. We will need to escalate this to Ian, our Customization Expert, to help show the individual inventory of each ticket.
