There will be instances where you will be required to resend your attendees their ticket. For instance, your attendee accidentally deleted their ticket notification email or said they did not receive it. Resending their ticket is quick and easy.
First, go to the event, then click on Attendees
On the Attendees page click on the box right beside the attendee’s name or if you need to resend all the tickets, click the box right beside the total number of attendees
Once you click on the box, this will highlight the whole attendee list, and it will give you the option to click on Actions
This will show you the option to resend the tickets.
Click on (Re)-Send ticket emails and ticket emails will be resent to all highlighted attendees.
