How to Resend Tickets to Attendees

There may be times when you'll need to resend ticket emails to your attendees, for example, if someone accidentally deleted the original email or never received it. Thankfully, resending tickets is quick and easy.


Resend Tickets to Individual or All Attendees

  1. Go to your event, then click on Attendees.

  2. On the Attendees page, you’ll see a list of everyone registered for that event.

  3. To resend a ticket to a specific person, check the box beside their name.

    To resend tickets to everyone, check the box at the top of the list to select all attendees.

  4. Once attendees are selected, click on the Actions dropdown.

  5. Click (Re)-Send ticket emails.


    Ticket emails will be sent to all selected attendees.
