If attendees report that they haven’t received their tickets, you can filter and resend their tickets directly from the Attendees section.
Filter and Resend Tickets
Go to the “Attendees” section.
Click “More filters.”
Select “Ticket delivery status.”
Choose “Not Sent.”
The attendee list will now show only those who have not received their tickets.
Click the top checkbox to select all attendees.
Click “Actions” and choose “(Re)-Send ticket emails.”
All selected attendees will receive their tickets at once.
