How can I filter attendees that have not received their tickets and send their tickets?

In the event that you receive messages from multiple attendees stating they have not received their tickets, you can filter these attendees by following these steps:

1. Go to the "Attendees" section.

2. On the Attendees page, click on "More filters."

3. Then click on "Ticket delivery status."

4. Click on "Not Sent."

5. After clicking on "Not Sent," all the attendees for whom tickets were not sent will be displayed on the attendee list.

6. To send their tickets, click on the top box (showing the number of attendees) to highlight all the attendees on the page.

7. Then click on "Actions" and select "(Re)-Send ticket emails."

8. This will send their tickets all at once.
