If attendees report that they haven’t received their tickets, you can filter and resend their tickets directly from the Attendees section.
Filter and Resend Tickets
- Go to the “Attendees” section. 
- Click “More filters.” 
- Select “Ticket delivery status.” 
- Choose “Not Sent.” - The attendee list will now show only those who have not received their tickets. 
 
- Click the top checkbox to select all attendees. 
- Click “Actions” and choose “(Re)-Send ticket emails.” 
- All selected attendees will receive their tickets at once.
