Handling support requests from customers is an important task. To do this, you'll need to be able to find access to the tickets created from that order.
If a customer contacts you with questions about their tickets, they'll usually give you their order information, such as their order number, name, or email. You can start this support request from your Shopify order listing page, find the customers' order from here, select the "More Actions" option on the top right, and tap the "View in Evey Events" option.
This will open the order information page in the Evey Events & Tickets app, which contains information for all tickets created from that order and a processing log for the order so you can see if any issues were processing the order.
An excellent place to go from here is to drill into each attendee details page, where you can view and edit ticket information.
