Allowing customers to transfer tickets provides them with greater flexibility and convenience. Life is unpredictable, and circumstances can change unexpectedly, preventing individuals from attending an event they've purchased tickets for.
By enabling ticket transfers, customers can easily share or sell their tickets to friends, family members, or even strangers who might be interested in attending. This flexibility enhances customer satisfaction, as they feel more in control of their ticket purchase and are less likely to feel trapped by unforeseen circumstances.
Here’s how we can do allow customers to transfer their tickets:
1. Let’s go to the event then click on “Event setting.”
2. From the "Event" tab. Scroll down to “Event Setting” to enable the “Ticket Transfer.”
3. Don't forget to hit "Save" and you're done!
NOTE: Disable this if you don't want your attendees to change their ticket details after purchase.
