How to find number of tickets sold on a CSV export
How to find number of tickets sold on a CSV export

As an E-commerce merchant using our Shopify app, you might wonder how to export quantity information for your ticket orders. No worries, we have a simple solution for you!

CSV Export and Individual Ticket Listing:

When you export your ticket orders to a CSV file, you won't see a separate "qty" column. This is because we list each ticket as an individual item in the CSV file. It's all because each ticket needs its own unique token.

Easy Quantity Retrieval:

No need to worry about not seeing a "quantity" column. We've made it incredibly easy for you to find the quantity of information you need. When you order multiple tickets, they will appear as separate rows in the CSV file. However, there are two simple ways to obtain the quantity information:

  1. Filter by Order ID: The first method is to filter the CSV file based on the Order ID. Each row in the CSV file corresponds to a specific ticket in the order, and they all share the same Order ID. By filtering the data based on the Order ID, you can easily group the individual ticket rows and find the number of tickets purchased in that particular order.

  2. Filter by Order Name: Another way to retrieve quantity information is by filtering the CSV file based on the Order Name. Similar to the Order ID, all the tickets in the same order share the same Order Name. By grouping the rows based on the Order Name, you can quickly determine the number of tickets sold in each order.

Exporting CSV quantity info in Evey might seem a bit different – no regular "quantity" column. But no worries! We've got a super easy way for you to get all the quantity details you want. Just filter your CSV file using either the Order ID or Order Name. You'll quickly know how many tickets are sold in each order. Cheers to smooth ticket sales and successful events!
