Archived Events Are Still Showing on the Store

Removing past events from your store helps keep your storefront clean, accurate, and easy to navigate. It's a simple way to improve the customer experience and maintain a professional online presence.

If you've archived an event but it's still showing on your storefront, here are a few things to check:

  2. When you create an event in the Evey Events app, it automatically generates a Shopify product. This product is what customers see and use to purchase tickets.

    If the Shopify product is deleted, it can cause the event to still display on your storefront—even if the event is set to Draft or deleted in the Evey app.
