To further customize the look and feel of the events page, you can also change or add ticket fee text.
Service fees (added to the ticket price) are only available on:
Professional
Standard
Not available on lower plans.
Note: This currently applies to new installs only (as of April 2026), so some older stores may still have access.
🔄 Changing Plans
If you downgrade:
Service fees are removed automatically
Ticket prices are updated:
New price = Old price − Service fee
Customers will no longer see or be charged a fee
If you upgrade again:
Service fees become available again
You’ll need to set them up again manually
To get started, please see the steps below:
Go to Settings > Translation Manager > Storefront.
Scroll down and look for Service Fee.
Update the text and don’t forget to hit the “Save” button to save the changes.
