Where is the Ticket Fee Displayed?

Locating where your ticket fees are shown on the app.

Updated this week

While adding a ticket fee isn’t required, it can be helpful in certain cases - so Evey makes it easy to add a service fee to your tickets. This guide walks you through how to set it up and where the fee will appear on your storefront.
Service fees (added to the ticket price) are only available on:

  • Professional

  • Standard

Not available on lower plans.

Note: This currently applies to new installs only (as of April 2026), so some older stores may still have access.

🔄 Changing Plans

If you downgrade:

  • Service fees are removed automatically

  • Ticket prices are updated:

New price = Old price − Service fee

  • Customers will no longer see or be charged a fee

If you upgrade again:

  • Service fees become available again

  • You’ll need to set them up again manually

How to Add and Display a Ticket Fee

  1. Make sure your storefront integrations are installed. If you're not sure how to install them, check out our guide on Installing Storefront Integrations for step-by-step instructions.

  2. Open your event, then click Event settings in the top right corner.

  3. In the Event Settings page, click the Tickets tab.

  4. For each ticket variant, click Edit. A pop-up window will appear.

  5. Scroll to the Service Fees section in the pop-up and check the box: “This ticket type has a service fee that the customer will pay.”

  6. Enter your service charge amount, then click Save.
You’ll need to repeat this for each ticket variant.

  7. Back in your dashboard, click More in the upper right corner and select View on storefront.

  8. On the product page, confirm that the ticket fee is displayed next to the ticket price.

And that’s it! You’ve successfully added a service fee to your tickets and made it visible to your customers.
