Missing First Names to Multi-Ticket Notifications

At Evey, we understand the importance of having personalized event communications with attendees. If you've noticed that the first name is missing from your Multi-Ticket Notifications, we're here to guide you through the process of adding it. Follow these simple steps to ensure that your attendees receive a more personalized experience.

  1. Go to "Event Settings."

  1. Click on the "Notifications" tab.

  1. Scroll down and click on "Customize" in the Multi / Group ticket email section.

  1. Click on "Message."

  1. Click on "Text."

  1. You can copy and paste the following code into the "Multi ticket email message" field where you want the first name to appear: %{first_name}.

  2. Don't forget to Save your changes.

After following these steps, review your Multi-Ticket Notifications to ensure that the first name now appears as desired.
