If you're using the Evey Events & Tickets on Shopify, you might be wondering if you can limit how many tickets a customer can buy.
Maximum Limit?
At the moment, Evey does not support setting a maximum ticket limit per customer.
Minimum Limit?
Yes, you can set a minimum number of tickets per purchase using the Group Ticket feature.
How to Set a Minimum Ticket Quantity with Group Ticket
Open your event and go to "Event Settings."
Click the “Tickets” tab.
Find the ticket type you'd like to edit and click “Edit” on the right.
Scroll down to the “Group Ticket” section.
Enter how many tickets should be generated per purchase.
For example, if you enter 4, every customer will receive 4 unique tickets per order.
Make sure the quantity doesn't exceed the available inventory for that ticket.
Click “Save.”
This is a great way to enforce a minimum ticket quantity per customer, even if there's currently no built-in maximum limit. If you need help setting it up, feel free to reach out to our support team!
